Acknowledgment of Limitation of Insurance Cover
Before downloading this Certificate of Currency, I acknowledge and agree that:
- The insurance arranged by Toastmasters District 73 provides Public Liability and Product Liability cover, together with limited cover for property of others, subject to the policy terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits.
- This insurance does not constitute comprehensive cover and may not respond to all activities, events, liabilities, or losses associated with a club’s operations. Events outside normal Toastmasters activities, such as fundraising barbeques, are almost certainly not covered.
- Cover is subject to the terms, conditions, exclusions, and limits of the policy, and not all claims or circumstances will be covered.
- Toastmasters District 73 makes no representation or warranty that this insurance is adequate or appropriate for any individual club’s needs or activities.
- Each club is responsible for assessing its own risks and obtaining any additional or alternative insurance it considers necessary.
- The Certificate of Currency is issued for information purposes only as evidence that a policy is in place and does not amend, extend, or alter the coverage provided by the policy.
