💡 What makes this training different?

Unlike some training sessions you may have attended previously, this workshop will:
- Walk through every Club Officer role together as one group
- Explore how the Executive Committee functions as a collaborative leadership team
- Create space for questions, discussion, and shared experience
- Support clubs in strengthening their Club Success Plan
- Reinforce why Toastmasters truly is Where Leaders Are Made
We’ll also be joined by one or two guest speakers, and with the depth of experience in the room, there will be plenty of wisdom to draw upon.

🌏 A note on location

I recognise that Warragul is a significant journey for some - particularly our members travelling from Bairnsdale and surrounds. My hope is that the opportunity to spend meaningful face-to-face time, to connect across clubs, and to share leadership experiences together will make the journey worthwhile. We’re also pleased to welcome interest from club officers in the Melbourne suburbs who may wish to attend.
